Intruder Alert!
It gives us great pleasure to finally be able to announce the project we've been working on for the last few months:
Intruder Alert! is an upcoming cooperative asymmetric multiplayer Real-Time Strategy Shooter and the spiritual successor to Overwatch, our popular Half-Life² modification. IA! is a standalone indie title powered by Unreal Engine 3 and set for release on Windows and Mac.

So thats why it said you were using unreal Engine 3 on steam. :D
@Paradigm the Fallen - I'll be making a post about OW's future soon. There will definitely be some kind of free access to IA!, either as a demo or a F2P release, and as I've mentioned in the announcement, our community gets free access to the early builds in a few months!

Glad for you guys, but why do I get the feeling this means Overwatch isn't getting any more updates? Also I really hope there's a demo for the UDK game.
