IRC regulars: You can now apply for tfwiki/* cloaks!

Before we apply for group membership on Freenode, we need to compile a list of people who want tfwiki/* cloaks. There's no restriction on who can request a cloak (other than you needing a Wiki account and a NickServ-registered IRC username, of course), so go right ahead and click this link right here.

im a little confused the "cloak" is for the IRC? Ahh well, the whole process seems a little to complicated for me.
