[Suggestion] Make guides for ALL steam games

I want to make a tutorial on Sonic 3's special stages (because I remember them so well), and I eventually had to resort to having to manually enter in the URL to get to the guide page thingy (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/editguide/?appid=X replace X with app ID), and it keeps giving me an error. Please, let there be a way to make guides for all steam games.

I think it only allows you to make a guide if you own that game on Steam.

Damn, I guess your right. I've tried this on SA2:B DLC thingy (which I own), and it seems to work. Now we need a way to easily access the guide tabs on all the games.
