UT3 servers faster downloads

With the recent change over at 'Gibs' we have been able to get even faster downlaods Via Redirect. Both the BTFA ip 81.19.221.203:7780 and the Warfare ip 81.19.221.203:7778 both have the new redirect setup from this weekend.
