1. Cti Gaged me due to Me spaming chat and I reloged and apparently I was gag avoiding. (Even tho that wasn't the reason why I was reloging)

9.) Normally I jump into TF2 and NeonHeights around 11 AM to at least 3-4 PM, depending if I'm busy or not. Around night time, I sometimes play on the servers around 9 AM to 12 PM, but It's pretty rare for me to be around during that time.
10.) I plan to respectfully enforce the rules without being too vulgar or harsh if someone is doing something that is against the rules. I indeed have the commands that a staff member needs memorized and will without a doubt not use any of them to abuse or play unfairly. I've made a lot of friends and helped a few of the staff members by reporting accuring overspams/phonespams and ect. I do indeed have a mic and am willing to use if needed.

The community is great and the goal should always be to make it greater, and so far thats the path its taking. Every 2 weeks or so I take a look at the rules to see if anything changed and while rules can be annoying, they must be enforced among everybody. I am very excited to see the community keep growing and would love to be a part of it.

I used to be a Moderator here back in 2014, but I was demoted due to inactivity.

I'm available for most of the day (From about 8 AM-4 AM, usually) on every Tuesday, and every other Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'm also available until the afternoon every other Monday, as well as Wednesdays.

As stated, I used to be a Moderator here over a year ago, and I was only demoted due to inactivity. I keep a sharp eye out for rule-breaking whenever I'm on the servers and report it if needed. I also occasionally help out with events hosted by Smoogz whenever he needs help. As I have been here since before the Bob Ross incident, I think I've been around long enough to know how things work and can help players with various problems, from trying to find their way around the map to figuring out how !shop works. I sincerely hope I'm chosen to be a Moderator (Or at least considered).

Well my name is Nick I am 17 years old and I play video games a lot. I would be a great choice for this server as I am very active very loyal and try my best to be respectful and helpful to all players. Throughout my years playing on this servers I have bonded with most staff in games and many other fun group activities. I have gotten out their to join the server's competitive team and even getting the chance to meet friends from these players. 10) My name's Kyle; I've been around Neonheight's for a few years now, and I'd say that it's probably one of the few server groups that I actually enjoy being a part of in TF2. The vast majority of my time here is spent socializing, but I feel like, given how long I've known some of the staff here and how familiar I am with rules/moderation of people who break the rules, my time would be better spent giving back to Neonheights. The original reason I donated to the server two years ago was to be able to make friends with other donators and help keep them in check (I'm looking at you, donator server) without non-donators having to call mods. I do my best to remain unbiased when someone does break a rule when I'm around, and explain to them what's wrong before mods need to be involved. I'm more than willing to provide my service anywhere in Neonheights' servers, however. No Prior Experience, though in my time on the server I’ve observed staff behavior to have a general understanding of what’s to be expected.

For a reliable time, I am primarily available later at night throughout the week, between 10 PM and 4 AM. Weekends are much more open in terms of available time to join the server. Generally available for quick 2 hour check ins everyday.

For most of my time with Team Fortress 2, the Neonheights servers have come to be a sort of central hub for my Steam life. It’s where I’ve come to meet and connect to a host of players, whether it be dumb meme micspams, additions to my friends list, or even external play in competitive. Where my interest in other severs dull rather quickly, I’m always finding things to do within the community to keep coming back, and having a good time unless rules are being broken somewhere, to which I have excruciatingly little tolerance of in minor circumstances.
You know what, f*** that s***. As a follower of the rules & establishment, my tolerance for misbehavior is atom small. I can keep an open mind to those who do something accidentally and urge them in the right direction, while calmly reporting/curbstomping those with no blatant regard the rules.

About the outpost ban:
My alt account was tradebanned 3 years ago for a false report of scamming. I didn't pay back my friend 10 keys in the time he wanted me to so he started spamming my trades on tf2outpost. I got tradebanned and backpack wiped by Steam Support and lost $800 in items. It was an awful experience to everything I got legit.

I know how to speak english very well, as I've taken my English Michigan lower degree. For the ban provided above, I was banned for "Possible donator abuse." because a player thought I was moving too fast as demoknight and recorded the event. Said evidence was reviewed by SubMachineFun and he then proceeded to ask Roudydogg1@ what to do. Roudy didn't review the evidence and allowed Sub to act upon the issue, which was where I was banned for 4 days. I contacted Roudy not even 5 minutes after the ban and spoke to him, showing him the "evidence" from before. Roudy reviewed it this time and determined that it wasn't donator abuse so I was unbanned immediately.
tl;dr: There was a big misunderstanding with a salty player.

8. Prior admin experience: I was an admin/co-owner on a now non-existing group of servers; however, I cannot provide any proof for this so just move on to the next sentence. I am currently admin in this group and their servers http://steamcommunity.com/groups/abcunt# and I have been since late June of 2013. I used to run a Feed The Beast modded Minecraft server a few years ago (taken down), as well as an old Garry's Mod server (Also taken down). Although vouches don't count for anything in these new applications, I'd like to say that roughly half the staff and many donators have encouraged me to apply for moderator, and have said that they would vouch for me. Doing a quick ask-around will provide anyone who's wondering with proof of the previous statement.
9. Times I am available: I'm available almost every day. When I'm on, I'm usually able to dedicate all of my time (both day and night) to the NHS servers. I've spent the almost the last two years on this server and I intend to donate as much time as I can.

About me and why I would make a good choice for NHS moderator: I greatly enjoy having fun within the NHS servers and it's rather unsettling when someone comes in and starts ruining other's fun by breaking one or more rules (on purpose). If I were a moderator, I would be able to deal with such individuals without having to bother the current staff, which would allow for a much more efficient system of moderation (allowing for more staff to be spread across multiple servers instead of haivng them drawn away from one to deal with another). I've been on these servers for quite some time and would love to be able to help them. I have had many experiences with the NHS community and would greatly enjoy being able to create new and fun ones by dealing with rulebreakers. When one or more issues arize, I focus on the bad problems and try to get rid of them as soon as possible. I am well organized and believe that people who try to ruin other people's fun should be removed. My name is Christian (AKA CFdefense) I am a experienced trader. I have been trading for around 2 years now and I'm getting back into trading after I got scammed 4 months ago. I play Laccrose for Litchfield County In Conneticut. Im also a part of a competetive team called 308th Havoc Battalion. Were we play UGC Iron and Gold.I am there roamersoilder . I am very pationate about trading and helping others get to there dream goals. I am always willing to help out a enexperienced trader if they are making a bad trade or if they arent pricing their items accordingly (Either too high or too Low) I believe one of the main issues in the trading commuinity today is the lack of knowledge younger traders have, this leads to them getting ripped off, or even scammed. I am currently limited to many of tf2's options due to my computer but I am getting a new pc in the upcoming month. This PC will be able to handle anything TF2 throws at it. 7. I've been molded over time by the Plaza server and the Donator server. I am always available to go to any server, I don't have a problem with any.
8. I've been a Jailbreak Moderator for XenoGamers on Counter-Strike: Source between the years of 2010 - 2011. I've also been a Moderator AND Administrator here between the years of 2014 - (early) 2016.
9. Since I've recently applied to an online school, and have a job that's about to turn into an afternoon shift, I am able to rock it out with keeping the peace late at night, most of the time. Just about every occurance that I have launched Team Fortress 2, I play on these servers, no matter what.
10. I adamantly believe I can defintely redeem myself as a staff member again. Through thick and thin with any situation, I remain calm and loyal to the rules. I've made excellent mute / ban reports in my past and I can still do them as so. Even though the "vouching" method is gone, I can collect MANY of positive opinions towards my cause of reaching out to you guys again so we can make more awesome memories together.
