Welcome to the official steam page of the Internet Freedom Organization. The Internet Freedom Organization is an activist group dedicated to the fight against internet censorship and to upholding the principles of net neutrality and the free and open internet.

We believe that everyone has a basic right to internet access that is not restricted or limited, by government interests, or by corporate interests. As the true potential of the internet as a means of communication becomes increasingly apparent, increasing efforts will be made to manipulate it to further an agenda, be it profits, or oppression. This group exists to help, in what small way we can, to prevent that.

If you are concerned or feel strongly about these issues please join our group. We will keep you up to date with current net neutrality issues and let you know how you can help.

Feel free to view our group links for more information.

Announcements _
Not only does it censor the internet, it tracks what you do via corporations (such as AT&T and more) without warning. Its already passed house and is waiting approval of senate. This is actually worse than SOPA and PIPA.

https://www.playfire.com/ps3-xbox-pc/DCL81G Playfire.com has started a contest: which one is the best console, PS3, Xbox or PC?
Vote, and you could win one of the next-generation consoles on launch day.
No joke - they're buying one lucky Playfire member a PS4/Xbox 720/new PC on the day they come out just for voting in this competition. The end of the contest is July 2nd.

They need to try and stop trolls, not stop our internet rights.
