NO TOLERANCE FOR DONATOR ABUSE - MUST READ
THE FOLLOWING ANOUNCEMENT INVOLVES A HUGE CHANGE TO THE DONATOR RULES ON NEONHEIGHT'S SERVERS. IT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 9TH 2013 WHETHER YOU HAVE READ IT OR NOT.
Ever since our donation program began, we have had the odd donator who decides he or she doesn't care about server donation rules and decides to completely disobey them. Out of our hundreds of donators we've removed about 15 - 20 of them as a result of constant abuse. We also have 30-40 people who have already been reported for abuse! Clearly these people can't read. So I'm not sure if the majority of my recent donators are illiterate or just completely ignorant, but I have had a huge amount of abuse complaints lately. One of them I was completely shocked about because I specifically remember the person telling me he had read the rules five times before donating and understood them all fully. This could have just been plain stupidity on his part, or maybe he thought he could get away with it.
And that is the very problem me and the other Admins are facing. Because we say that you need three warnings before your donator is terminated, many donators take this for granted and continuously abuse until they get two warnings and then they stop. Well I've had enough and that rule is now gone. The whole point of donating is to help us pay for our monthly server bills, and because we are nice people we also give you commands as a big "Thank you" for donating. This doesn't give you the right or ability to abuse these commands and ruin the server experience for others. If you think that's how donator works, you are absolutely wrong.

From now on, if you are reported by someone for abusing the rules and efficient evidence is provided (such as screenshots, videos, etc...) your donator will be instantly removed depending on the severity of the abuse. No more warnings, no more talking to you about it, and no more feeling sorry for you. I will be judging whether or not your donator will be removed based on what happened and I am not going to be sympathetic anymore. If I feel it should be removed, then it will be. If you decide to be an asshole about it and think "Oh well, if I'm going to be removed I might as well continue to abuse" then I'll just permanently ban you off of all of my servers.

We have laws in real life for a reason, and we have rules on my servers for a reason. They are to be followed and respected. There is absolutely no excuse for you to violate any of our rules. I'm sure there will be people who are upset about this new change but you must ask yourself. If you REALLY respect my servers, and you REALLY aren't an abuser then you won't have a problem with this new change because it doesn't affect you. This change only affects the ignorant people who can't read or follow rules and enjoy making others miserable. If you have any questions you can send me a message over steam.
I highly suggest you send this to any of your friends if they are donators. This new rule starts April 9th 2013, whether they have read it or not, the rule still applies. The rules have been applied to the website and we are officially in "no-tolerance" mode. Im interested to see how many donators will be removed in the first week that SHOULD HAVE READ THE RULES FROM THE START.
