Multilanguage support, MD in Japanese!

I am adding support for unicode and string tables to Maxsi Engine, which means that the Maxsi Distribution related projects can now easily be localized. Here's the Maxsi Installer in Japanese: http://www.maxsi.dk/upload/?id=1790
