hard to say, but i think enterprise seen as how its referenced as having enough power to destroy a planet (or at least anything on it's surface) in the original series. (Sorry if I miss understood the question)

Also, What class of Reaper, I think a destroyer would be taken out without too much trouble, but a Capital ship class, Like sovereign, would be too powerful.
