Welcome to the group page for the Magical Frolicking Unicorns' (MFU) Highlander team.

WHAT DEFINES US AS A TEAM:

1. We play for fun. It's TF2, and it's a video game.

2. We play to win. To do this, we scrim with specific goals, review demos, and play our best. If we lose, it's okay provided we learn something from it in order to do better next time.

3. We treat each other and our scrim and match partners with respect. At the end of scrims and matches, we say,"GG." We don't rage quit, we don't get bent out of shape over videogames, and we understand that everyone makes mistakes and has off days.


THE RULES:

1. Try to make scrims and matches. Repeated absenteeism without notice will result in being cut from the team. If you're not going to make it, try to contact a team leader.

2. If you have a problem with a team member or an event, talk to Free directly. Do not talk about other team members behind their backs, do not bring drama into the team atmosphere, and do not build bizarre covens against team members.

3. Contribute. This is a team effort, so during strategy meetings, demo reviews, workshops, and scrims, share your opinion and insight.

4. Expectations--keep them real. Due to huge roster shifts, the team has been highly unstable. This means that we aren't playing up to our previous level, and we likely won't for another season or two. We're going to play our best and look to improve every time, every match, every scrim.

5. Practice. Practice your starter class and come to scrims and matches warmed up and ready to play your best.

6. Starters and subs: playing on this team as a sub does not guarantee you a starter position. If you're a sub, you're just as valuable as the starters and your contributions are greatly appreciated.
