Lokalen Server update
- Added automatic mute of players who playback prerecorded audio over the in-game voice system such as with HLSS or HLDJ.
- Relaxed kicking of idle players that has been moved to spectate until the server is full.
- Spectators are allowed to spectate for 10 minutes after which they are kicked if the server is full.
- Added a high ping limit of 450ms.
