LlamaLAN XII - Event Confirmed, and still Four Weeks of Discounted Rates!

Undoubtedly do you all know the sacrifices we have made during this most epic of wars against our enemy of ages old. Now our forces gather like dark clouds over the sea; Our time for unilateral domination has come.

Alright llamas, let's look at the numbers. There are thirteen weeks to go until the final confrontation begins. We have four weeks until the official 'cut-off' - the latest we can wait for twenty paid participants in order to secure the venue. At the time of writing, the number we actually have is... Drum roll please... twenty!
This means LlamaLAN XII is absolutely CONFIRMED for the 30th October! Importantly, if you were delaying your seat purchase, you still have FOUR WEEKS to get one at the discounted price! This offer ends on the 28th of August. So why else get a seat before this day?
- 1. This is also the date we start taking the Games List seriously, when we start making decisions on tournaments. If you want a say in what we play, you need to be a confirmed participant and you need to update your Games List.
- 2. Early payers get the privilege of choice. If you leave it 'til later, don't complain when you can't sit exactly where you want! This said, already-confirmed players may be accomodating if you ask nicely in the forums. ;)
To stir our friends and foes into action, we're also pleased to announce that the LamaLAN XII POSTER is now done and published to the world! Featuring figureheads from both sides and the all important objects of our desire - the Twelve Golden Llamas. In the LlamaLAN XII gallery you can find the full size version and also a smaller 'forum-post' sized edition. Wield this before you, llamas! You can do your part for the LAN by spamming your favourite forums with this eye-catching advert and some sort of info about it all - although if a couple of you are on the same boards try not to post the same thing twice. ;)
Our thanks for those of you who paid nice and early, getting things off to a good start so soon. We haven't been on the verge of cancelling since LlamaLAN VIII, and that's good evidence of the growing strength of the LlamaLAN community.
