Confirmed Solution to the "Sticky Ground Bug"

I've just done this with my server and it works beautifully. Tested under Wine 1.0.1 and CentOS5. You need CSS content to be downloaded to the server. (I downloaded CSS under wine after extracting these files, if it makes any difference.
