It was a hassle but because of the holidays and what not the hosting company was unable resolve the issue with the box until now. However the website is back online again and nothing was lost from the website.

The hosting company was having difficulties on their end with keeping the website from locking up. However it looks like the problem is solved for now. I'll have hunter look into some alternative hosting company's for the website and seeing if we can backup everything for an eventual move.
