Welcome, Sabres!

This is the Steam group for members of the Leicester Sabres Game Society, which is based at the University of Leicester in England. We maintain a website and forum so that members can easily correspond and get information about the society. Links to these are in the links bit below!

The Leicester Sabres are perhaps more focussed on traditional gaming than computer games, but as a society we don't discriminate. We hold two gaming nights a week at the university, on Monday and Wednesday evenings (times and rooms are on the website and forum). On those nights we play RPGs, wargames, card games and board games, from the mainstream (such as Warhammer) to the esoteric (have you ever played a squirrel in an one-shot before?). We also engage in a variety of other activities, such as holding charity fundraising events and bar crawls!
