Hurray, Pre-load complete =D
The full game techincally cant delay. The US release is targeted for 18th November ( not 17 because the demo delay) and for europe *propably* 20th of November.
The reason of the demo delay is that valve imported the 360 demo on the pc and found loads of bugs needed to be fixed.

I remember an interview w/ chet saying that the original 4 survivors are alive and will be in left 4 dead 2 in some form or another. This could mean something like we will find them at the end of the parish or something. probably though they will just be mentioned in passing and grudge is right.

PRELOADING
not pre loading so early this time. I got a download limit and i cant afford to download it twice.
there are no words for them. So, they just do not exist.
Err... Maybe they just imported the old facial expressions into l4d2. Less work for valve. I just mean. The new survivors also get the facial expressions from the old survivors.
Hey anyone search around in the Left4Dead2 files after pre-loading? Well... I did, and I came apon a folder called Survivors... I was curious and guess what I found, the ORIGINAL SURVIVORS. They were there, I swear... Namvet, Teenangst, Producer, and Biker. They were along with the L4D2 survivors. What does this mean? I smell an investigation...
If anyone finds anything about this please post!!!
