Usging Left 4 Beer Group Servers

Hey guys. The whole point of this group thing is to get a pool of people playing on the servers. This would be rather pointless if you couldn't bring a game lobby into the server, so let me tell you how. As far as I know this only works if you are the lobby leader

Method #1 -- Console Command
Once you have created your lobby go into console by hitting the tilde key (`). Type 'sv_search_key "left4beer"' (without the enveloping single quotes)

Method #2 -- Start Parameter
If you play exclusively on the Left=4=Beer servers, and why wouldn't you?, then typing in the search key to the console can get annoying each lobby. Don't worry. There's a fix. Right-click on your shortcut for Left4Dead and go to 'Properties'. In the window that pops up there should be three tabs, click the second one labeled 'shortcut'. Now you should see a field labeled 'Target', and it has the directory of your l4d game. after the closing qoutation mark, add '+sv_search_key "left4beer"', again with out the single quotes. Each time you start the game it will now execute the sv_search_key so you won't have to.

It should look something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 500 +sv_search_key "left4beer"
