Hi,

I've (Xifon) been working with IW (Ban Candy) to develop a very easy way of reporting players. Previously you had to save the steam ID of a player, go to the theater, make a video of it, go through the very slow upload process (usually Youtube) and post it to a wall of a Steam group.

It's now easier to report players!

I'm announcing the MWsa Reporting tool, which allows you to quickly browse through saved matches in your theater (offline vault) and allows you to send them directly to Ban Candy.

Features
Quickly look through your theater files to select the match that had hackers
View some information about the match you played and select the hacker
Click the "View profile" button to view the hacker's Steam profile
Click the "Report" button to open the reporting window
Enter a short message to send to Ban Candy, which could help the review process
Small file uploads: theater files are a LOT smaller than video recordings
Reported hackers go directly to Ban Candy

Oh, that sucks. Hackers shouldn't be banned, they are pretty cool people.

I was in a game few mins ago with hacker and MWsa didn't record that game. So i guess the tool needs update and has been "hacked" now.

MW3 crashed and IW5 Console reported 28 errors while parsing the playlist. First time, so far.

NIce update to the reporting tool Xifon, thanks for the update and the ability to reload the theater without having to exit and reopen the tool.

hackers are not showing up in the reporting tool. Any suggestions?

Would it be possible for a message to be sent to the person who report the hacker; that he/she has in fact been banned? Or is a banlist available?

Nice reporting tool btw but if the player is not in the round at the begining they dont show in the player list at the end. the admin tool title needs to be ammended imo "for those that dont follow your rules " is not what we should be encoureging is use for hackers yes someone doing somthing you dont like NO.. good work keep it up..

@Archer: One) Yeah, I have that built-in in my development version, will release it soon (I hope). Two) Many people request that - it'll be in 2.0 which I hope to release soon.
