MP_SHUFFLEPLAYERS EXPLOIT FIXED - 10/06/09

Some of you may have noticed a couple people going around exploiting a command that makes everyone in the server suicide and switch teams. The devs have released a hotfix for this exploit and I loaded it on the server. Server admins can download the fix here:
