CSS Hide N Seek Rules as Followed
1. 1 Seeker the rest Hiders or up to 3 seekers on de_port
2. Seeker is only allowed a Glock
3. If a hider attacks the seeker in anyway he will be in next round (except for smokes)
4. The first hider the seeker kills is in next round only if the seeker kills everyone
5. The round time is 8min seeker cant leave until 6:45 therefore it gives the hiders 1:15 to hide
6. If the seeker does not find everybody then he is in next round unless a hider has attacked.
7. Next map will be decided by vote
8. Hiders may only buy smoke and armor at the start of the round
