Bug fixing
-The game no more crashes after docking/undocking the Higaaran Core during multiplayer matches.
-Units now gain experience points correctly independently from surrounding defense control modules;
-UI Sound of "game year report" has been repristinated;

Tuning/Balancing
-Patchers now repair at a more continuos rate (dock/undock properly) in defensive tactic;
-EMP power of the Gujking's EMB Blaster cannon has been increased by 5%;
-Vortex's nuclear bomb launcher has been improved by 5%;
-Fighter/Corvette HP resistence has been increased by 5%, also upgrades (health/fire power and accuracy) have been significantly increased;
-Hiigaran Carrier' HP has been increased by 5%;
-power of mine-based weapons has been increased by 10%;
-explosions of Capital Ships have been improved by new random FXs;
-Fire power of hull defense guns/rapid sweepers has been decreased by 5%;
-power of the Hiigaran Battlecruiser' Heavy Ion cannon (exp 300 needed) has been increase of 10%;
-frequency of the Vaygr perforation pod bomb has been reduced by 5%;
-accuracy of artillery cannons (mounted on the Hiigaran Adv. Sentinel) has been reduced by 5%.
-few minor balancing/tuning on units behaviour/fire rates and health;

Improvements
-Engine trails reduced by 25-30% (missiles and ships);
-New unit added: Hiigaran Artillery Destroyer;
-Cinematic has been improved by new sight points;
-The Vortex now has 3 kind of combat asset: light, standard and heavy;
