Grand Pheonix Corps

I know a lot about computer but im only 15. I can fix my game.I lauch them and they start to go then get to black loading screeen and then come back here to my desktop. I have tried reinstaiing steam,reinstalling each game,and updating my video card and nothing i seem to do works. If u have any idea please tell me. I will try almost anything so i can play my games again.
