The way I understood it is that the server has been set up so that it will no't properly download the maps in order to clear out pubbies in an evenhanded manner if needed.
from my understanding if you need the map, you will download it when you connect to the server.
Do I need to get any custom map files or anything like that to join you guys in games? I'm just currently downloading the main game right now.

hey, can we please get it so anybody in the group can make an announcement? It's kind of annoying when I want to get a game going and have to sit in the pub until somebody notices.
