MatchCreate Beta: Scrim System Released
We are pleased to announce the first release of MatchCreate at http://www.matchcreate.com.au - a website that lets players organise and compete in ranked pug/scrim matches on an ad-hoc basis for a variety of games.

The website is intended to act as a rendezvous point between players and friends/teams that want to compete in an organised match against another group of players.

Traditionally if you wanted to play in a pug/scrim you would need to join several IRC based chat channels and post advertisements to play and find someone that had a server available to play on.

MatchCreate attempts to provide a more fluid and fun experience in forming a pug/scrim match by bringing players together and supplying the necessary servers to play on.

Matches are ranked and you can interact with other players before playing to make the experience a bit more fun.

Servers are started on demand by GameCreate, and for Steam based games you are connected automatically when the server is online. So unlike other methods, you don't need to worry about arranging a server to play on and configuring it at all.

GameArena is providing the match servers; and you just need a Steam account to join.

Visit www.matchcreate.com.au to give it a bash and provide feedback.
