FNBN lets TF2 newbs/casual players learn, flourish, have fun, improve, and hang around other newbs/casuals while getting a hang of the complicated multiplayer game.
This group was created by a noob to make a mini noob/casual gaming community. When TF2 became F2P, the noobs flooded into this game - often getting shunned by the "premium" pro's with hats and all those other fancy things. We will create a noob/casual community here like no other. In this group, we host "noob" games, fun activities, giveaways, chat rooms, and etc. We help each other grow and get better with a mentor system as well as a "mess around and have fun" system. And finally, we protect each other from the trolls in the game. If you are new to this game or just like this cause, please join this group.

What do these positions mean?
General Manager: These are pretty much your super admins. General Managers co-own the group and will represent the owner if he is not present. They should be able to help out with almost everything, having more access than admins. Seeing as we currently only have two of them, please reconsider if your problem needs their attention. They will be happy to help but contacting an admin may be faster.
Admin: This is the administrative part of the team. Unban requests, map changes, sorting out community intern problems. They are above moderators in the sense that they have access to permanent instead of just temporary bans, certain server commands and the banlist.
Moderators: Moderators keep everything good clean fun. If someone misbehaves on the servers, forums or the group, moderators are usually the ones to sort it out. Moderators come equipped with commands like temporary bans.
