The Escapist CS: Source Group

Since I don't want the Escapist CS:S group to have to rely on the presence of Danny Ocean or I, I've set the permissions for adding announcements and events to anyone. If you want to schedule a friendly match with other Escapists, feel free to post an announcement. Of course, if this gets abused, I'll need to change it back, so please don't do anything stupid.
