I thought the rich Upper Class selling us these items gave us the decal tool with the sign? That and it's about 1 refined for a decal tool! Hardly expensive!

I don't ask for much.......I play the game and buy from the store when necessary. All I ask is when I uncrate a MannCo. crate I should get at least one Unusual once in a blue moon...I used to get 'em all the time, even got an Unusual Birdcage. Now what do I get? 15 razorbacks and a shit ton of Scottish Resistance. Make Unusuals a higher chance since I gotta pay to uncrate them for crying out loud. That's all.
