I can try and help you on here. If you want to create a brand you monster, its probably best (assuming you have all the materials you want to use for it) to copy an existing monster that is most similar into a new WAD and edit the files of it from there. You'll have to rename most of the files. If you want to use existing sprites I'm pretty sure you could just edit the DECORATE file and then once finished, save it and merge it with the WAD(s) you want it to be used in.
Slade help. I can work on simple editing and new monsters, but I want to create things that have not been done before. Add me if you can help
