-Fixed issue with crow's re-enabling medkits on round swap
-Smoker tongue length increased from 700->1000
-Changed infected spawn timers to 15 seconds.
**With delay from death, this seems adequate**
Added to the config the option to apply witch changes:
//sm_cvar z_witch_damage_per_kill_hit 80
//sm_cvar z_witch_anger_rate 0.80
//sm_cvar z_witch_wander_personal_time 0.25
//sm_cvar z_witch_personal_space 150
**simply remove "//" to enable to cvar change**
Crow Default Settings:
Enabled GrenadeLauncher / Chainsaw
Removed kits / defibs
