praise Russ! it's about time somebody brought this up! and shouldn't a Space Wolves skin be a given? we have our own Codex even! In my highly biased opinion the Wolves should get their own subfaction like the Grey Knights.

how the heck did the GK get a faction before the Wolves??? The Space Wolves are only THE most popular army out there. Having seen what these guys can do with this mod, I'm 100% sure it wouldn't be difficult.

I actually cannot bring myself to play Space Wolves as they are now since they are reduced to a color scheme for the Codex Marines. HERESY! It just doesn't feel the same when the Sons of Russ are wearing all the gaudery of Ultramarines.

Keep in mind they didn't make the entire Grey Knight faction. Most of it was already complete, by another modder. They just put his mod in their's

true but space wolves would be mostly a re-skin and minor gameplay changes.You know some fur here a frost axe or two name changes and maybe a runepriest but thats it nothing near as extreme as the grey knights

they would also need to put Scouts in tier two probably and buff them, since Wolf Scouts are Eiltes.

There is any number of changes I could list, but I'm not going to let my pride hinder a Space Wolf skin. I know nothing of modding or the involved difficulty, so I'm in no possition to make demands.

I never really caught on to the whole Space Wolves craze. I'm an Iron Warriors traitor marine at heart, with some religious Word Bearers (praise the Dark Gods) spliced in, but out of the loyalists, only the Blood Angels and the Dark Angels Deathwing really caught my eye. I suppose Blood Angels is too similar to standard codex and Deathwing, despite just getting a new GW codex, would probably be too similar to Grey Knights.

A skin isn't even the most important thing. The color scheme looks fine on most of the models, they just need to be organized differently and given stats to reflect their uniqueness. It's hard to pretend a Tactical Squad is actually a pack of Grey Hunters when they are, in fact, not.

There tons of fun a real good mix of close combat and ranged. Not to mention there practically space vikings just saying lol

Eh... Iron Warriors were much better. Huge cannons, lots of heavy support, and berserk melee when the moment calls for it. Too bad Iron Warriors were so OP in Chaos 3rd edition that they had to do away with any of the legion-specific rules because every Chaos player would abuse and spam the crap out of heavy support ordinance

I dont know too much about playing as chaos, they soud fun and all but i love my Space Wolves army too much. I might try out chaos sometime though sounds like a blast.
