Small server update
-10 kill category includes: 30 HP or 30 Armor
-47 kill category includes: M4, Inferno, Dual Uzis
-New category for 80 kills: 30 HP or Regeneration (1 HP every 3 seconds)
-New category at 100 kills: Galil, Ak47, Sg552
-Bumped the old 90 kill category (Autoshotgun, Para) up to 130 kills.
-Removed the grunge hud
-Decreased the sledgehammer's delay
-Decreased the shovel's damage
-Added scope/ironsights to the widowmaker and the scout.
