Powered by the Spirit of God to manifest in those that play competitive gaming to be true and honest about ones faith in God. That we as a Body of Christ can play in a way that brings God the glory. To be outspoken about our love for Christ and to be examples in-game, as well as in our everyday day walk, that we are living for the God who saves us by His grace and mercy.

Some might say that gaming as a Christian is difficult because we are wasting our time doing something that takes no skill or puts forth no effort. I would have to disagree. Multiplayer gaming or whatever type of gaming it may be, takes a certain level of concentration to become better and to play at a level that is above reproach. We as a body of gamers can come together to make a difference even in the server that we play on to bring those around us to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Maybe it might be the simple act of being courteous to others and sticking up for what you believe in that will plant a seed in someone’s mind to say that this guy/gal is different. That's all it takes for someone to want to know why you are different than everyone else. Let's play to shine God's light. Praise the Lord!!!

This group is set up for anyone to join. We ask however, that when you do join, that you understand that this group does have a main purpose in mind which is to be examples of our personal Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That we have intention of being set apart from the rest of this world through our faith in God and how we represent ourselves to others on the battlefield. If you would like to know more about how to become a Christian, feel free to leave a message with one of the administrators and we will contact you as soon as possible. You can also email us at email.cgc@gmail.com.

Note: Hey there is an announcement called "Prayer List", and if by chance you are looking at this and it's not under recent announcements, check the old ones. It's there. If you need prayers or know someone who does, post a comment there and I guarantee you will be prayed for :D

1 Corinthians 9:24-27
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”

Hey everyone,
I think we all go playing games not really knowing anything about each other, but I would like to change that. Give a little backstory to yourself so we can all get to know one another a little better.

Yet another example of the power of prayer:
Today I was having a headache that had been bothering me. My little brother made a "get well" card for me and read a prayer that he wrote on it. When he said "...and help him to not have a headache," my headache immediately disappeared. I'm not kidding. It just faded away within seconds.

Exactly! I agree with what Pyromaniac is saying, we give our sins/troubles to God and He will take care of it...I think i posted a devotion about that somewhere, gota find it now. :)
