1. HELP I CAN'T TRADE!!.

This means the bot was unable to send you a trade due to an error on your end. This has nothing to do with us, and there's nothing we can do. Reasons we know that cause this error message:

a) Trade Restrictions on your account.

b) Your Steam account is not fully set up or level 0.

c) If you discover it is a different reason, please let us know so we can add it here

We're very sorry, but this message means it is not a fault on our end. Something needs to be fixed on your account.

2. Trade will be held in escrow!

To remove your Steam Trade Hold, you must have Mobile Authentication enabled for 7-days, and have Confirmation of Trades turned on. This will allow your deposits to be instant again. Withdrawals are all instant as our bots have Mobile Authentication enabled.

3. I did not receive my referral credits for affiliate link. Why?

a) Referred account has logged into the site before or was referred by someone else.
b) Referred account is lvl 0.
c) Referred account is a private profile.
d) Referred account has browser cookies disabled.
e) IP address is not new to the site.
f) Referred account did not log into the website.

4. I finished an offer and it didn't pay me the credits!

Credits earned through completing offers are not managed by us. If you didn't get anything, neither did we. Make sure an offer has been fully completed per our partner's instructions, and that the offer was valid for your area. Our ad partners do a good job of correctly processing credits.

Page 1, 2, and 3, all have ways to contact the company if you did not receive credits for an offer. It is located on the /earn page near the top-right. Check on the page under 'Support' or 'My Credits'

A customer recently contacted support for one of the offer sites and received a list of reasons accounts may not receive credit.[gyazo.com]

5. When I click to watch a video all I see is a white screen.

Check that AdBlock is turned off. Also see below for a message from an offer provider about the issue.

The issue with some videos is that the advertisers itself blocks some ips, and then a white screens is shown. there is not much we can do from our end unfortunately

6. Why is my credit balance negative?

This almost always means there was a payment reversal on the account, due to fraudulent ad offer completion.

How do i send coins?

This can also be done by clicking your name on the left side of screen under the checkout cart, then clicking 'Settings'
