Running this in the bacground allows you (if you're the host) to ban IPs from communicating through your router. This effectively kicks the player via a timeout of their packets. As it is a router control tool, it isn't a "hack" or a "cheat" but in turn it allows for you to run a more fair lobby.
Just another friendly suggestion from .:DN:. I encourage all my guys to run both this and XRay so that not only can we prove we aren't "hacking" but we can control the amount of cheating in lobbies we host.
