Gaming In Brunei
Just some information for those currently gaming in Brunei, using Espeed or DST Go Broadband.
Espeed - Stable. Pings vary around 60-140 (even during peak hours at 9pm), on most Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong Based servers.
DST Go Broadband - Not as Stable due to it being a wireless internet service. Pings vary around 100-160 on most SEA based servers. If you are using the DST Router and not the USB Modem, you must disable UPnP or your ping will be doubled.

Currently, I have both connections. I use espeed to play team fortress 2, borderlands and l4d2 with around 90-130 ping which is playable as long as your computer is high spec and has high FPS rates.
