BCIT CST Forever

So I've been doing some research, and we have a couple options. We can either rent a game server for about $300-$400 a year per game (if we want to have multiple game servers) or we can rent a dedicated server for $2000-$5000 a year, but then we can install whatever servers we want (any game, chat, ventrilo/team speak, web, mail), and we can rent out space as well. I have looked into this, as even though it may be more expensive at the moment, we can rent out space for a web server and use that to pay towards it as well. Just some thoughts.
