If you're atheist really, then you should know that jesus couldn't have turned water into wine, atleast not like the bible tells us. If he did really do that, then I'm guessing he just mixed red dye, or some of his own wine with the water making it seem like wine. And seriously they drank a lot of wine those days, and if a party had actually ran out, the people would be so damn drunk that that they couldn't tell any difference. Excuse me for my little rant, now I bid you farewell, and good day sir/madam.
