Silence of the Beams Mini-Followup - Pomson Buffed (A Little)

The health drain on the pomson was a little aggressive, so it has been lowered to 6 HP/sec. That means that unless you are recieving healing, you will go from full health to dead in 21 seconds, instead of 13.
