New Steam user interface poll! VOTE NOW!
http://steamunpowered.eu/new-steam-ui-poll-vote-now/
Just a simple poll, do you like the new user interface beta? Got any suggestions for it? Leave a comment and if we’ll get enough of them maybe we could send over our ideas to Valve Software.
SOLUTIONS FOR PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW BETA:
How do I install new UI? Go to settings and enable the UI beta on Steam. Restart it and wait.
I can't see fonts on menus?
CLOSE STEAM.
Go to folder
Steam\resource\styles
Open steam.styles on notepad.
Change basefontbold="Arial bold" to "Arial"
Launch Steam

i like the new UI, the old one was ugly like sh**
just waiting for a dark blue skin/theme to finally fit my desktop
and i would like a better integration of non steam games, they look even more ugly in the list now

Uhhh.. As much as I would like to try the new UI, opting into iit just... Proper breaks my freaking Painkiller install. It kept trying to make me install gamespy, and ever after deleting said installer from the directory, it didn't go away. A User Interface update/beta/whatever should have NOTHING to do with launching of games. Wtf?
Well, it really is nice, and I have a quite fast system, so I don't notice the lag and slowness you guys are complaining about. But I still think there is a lot of things that could have been better, like the games sorting system, I like the old one alot, where you coult group the games by fave, installed and not installed. Also you could sort the games by title, rating etc. within the fave, installed or not installed groups. And yeah, if possible, ALWAYS make it faster.
Anyone agree?

I was playing some Pirates, Vikings & Knights II, still am, i opened up Steam Community in-game and it was quite buggy and after having clicked around about 3-6 times it closed down and i'm back in-game, tried opening up Steam Community again but with no success. I don't know if this is due to the new UI or not but it's kind of annoying having to restart the game just to get Steam Community working in-game again.
