thx, but 40 euro is still too expensive for me, an amount equaling about 24 quids it's the top I'm willing to pay...unless it is a game I REALLLY want badly...
Whet? Few games on DLgamer are cheaper on Steam, most prices are same (some games like Company of Heroes OF are more xpensive than Steam). Don't forget that weekend deals on Steam are at least 50% discounts. Still, some of the games like Call of Juarez 2 are cheaper in stores, usually not going over 35 euros.

Since this group os so huge.. some admin ( Tzero ) from here should make steam aware of the pricing with some of there games that you can buy else where and save 20-30 euro wich is alot and i found alot of these games.. Now i aint talking about Borderland but just in generally.. think about it Tzero.. i aint thinking it on the way u do it but most of the games here can be bought cheaper if u know where to look.. But Steam does happen to have great prices at some games and i dont denny that i have bought most of my games here :) Just trying to improve somthing that already is great !
Well i can buy it even a bit cheaper from a shop in Denmark. And they generally cost more then i most cointries in the world due to our high taxes but nice post tough :) but only little like 4 euros to spare for me so its still north worth it.. Try check out amazon they have huge discounts on many things. But i only think its is worth to check them if you live in EU ? but i am not sure.. ;)

The ammount you are supposed to "save" is ruined by ... the "price" of more DRM. "You can install your game on 3 different PCs...".

Riiight, start insulting, how old are you? 5? It's just showing how right I am - if we would care for cheap alternatives we wouldn't need to be on steam AT ALL. You're just abusing a steam flaw to have DL shops paying you for advertising. Which no one cares about at all. Rename the group in: Cheap game downloads here! or whatever.
