Well the title says it all, right now you can see how much did you play your games in total. Unfortunately you can see the total gaming time only since March 2009.

Some unfortunate users of Steam living in Japan have been the first to be introduced to a very nasty new feature of Steam. Basically, games that are not released in your region apparently will no longer EVER be playable over Steam in affected regions.
