Heroes of Kvatch

Good games tonight everyone, unfortunately we did not truimph. But we are still the only team in the tournament that has yet to lose point 6 on dustbowl, and that is pretty awesome:)

I get the feeling a lot of people were pissed off, and thats fine, cause we lost, in a real frustrating match against a team filled with some real fucking dickheads (surprisingly, not Lakren, we talked for a long while after the game, and he was pretty gracious, despite some of his comments on the message boards).

Anyways, theres porbably lots of things that we could have done differently on all the maps to do better, some people could have subbed for others or not or we could have changed classes or not had people joining mid game yadda yadda, it doesnt really matter. We still get to play one more match at least, but if we arent going to have fun, and everyone is going to leave all angry at each other, then id rather not even play the match at all. We're in this as a team to have fun, if we arent having fun, then theres no point, don't let a couple assholes beating us in a close match (despite their chest thumping on the shack) ruin it for us. We're still moving farther than most of the teams in the tournament.

When its all said and done im expecting everyone who was an HoK to be a little bit closer than the average TF2 player on the shack, to enjoy playing with each other after this is all done, and to remember that we played well together and that we might even play against each other in some other tournament in the future, I dont want everyone to remember this as some excercise in frustration and have their experience soured. Thats why in the next match, we are going to be fielding and all spy team. (Im just playing) Just remember Its just a silly video game, theres much more important things in life to get wound up about, so im sorry some of us lost our tempers or got a little chirpy with each other, it was a pretty frustrating match, and hopefully the next one will go smoother. Win or lose, we should be having fun, or we shouldn't even bother playing.
