why is the Greenlight page still up
shouldn't the page be redirected to Direct?

I was just confused because today was the first I heard that Greenlight got shut down, I only voted on like 2 submissions on it

Having it still there is fine. It's nice to still see things that were greenlighted before and now on the store. Gives me a chance to wishlist a few things I may have not had a chance to vote on, as well as buy some things I previously did vote for.
