Despite having it's problems, I felt this game had some potental. Does anyone still play this game?

From what I've seen, the art style of this game is actually closer to original Stronghold more than Stronghold 2 (Stronghold 2 is abit more cartoonish) , so what's bad from this game ?

As a kid/teem I tried Crusader, Stronghold 2, & Legends, hated them all and never played them again. I've spent atleast 1500-2000 hours on Stronghold 1 alone. I used to do missions that were never ending, like where you take over that castle in the campaign and have to bless a % of the pop... you just don't do it and keep playing, building a mega city, with occasional pathetic attacks scripted against you.
