how do you stay stuck still on roof upside down as lerk?? i still dont know how to do this

So my eleven year old wants to get this. My biggest worry is that I have seen many reviews that repeat these same issues. 1. There are not many players. The game would have died except for the community' 2. The community on the whole is toxic and has no tolerance for new players and will in nicer terms treat them poorly. I bought this game when I was 13 years old back in 2012. The game was great fun back then, although back then my PC was limited and the game went to like 3 fps late game.
