The competitive arena FPS game, Nexuiz has been updated with custom map support via the Steam Workshop. Now you can browse the Workshop to find the top-rated maps created by the community and download them directly into your game. Plus, when you connect to a custom server that's running a map you don't have, the game will now automatically download the necessary content from the Workshop.
Along with this update, the developers have made available the CryENGINE 3 SDK for creating models, materials, particles, animated objects, and everything else you'll need to create custom maps for Nexuiz. Top rated levels in the Workshop even have a chance of becoming 'Official' and cycled in for Ranked matches. To get started creating your own maps, check out the Nexuiz modding wiki[wiki.nexuiz.com]

, and keep an eye on the Nexuiz YouTube channel
for a schedule of tutorial videos created by the IllFonic team.
