Am I right people?

i am very interested on this game but i have heard the autosave sucks that the health bar doesnt regenerate and that the ammo available is limited. so i would really love if the developers or the players tell me how i can cheat here because i am really interested on this game (especially for its current price with the heavy sales) but i dont want to have a frustrating experience. i dont really like dying all over again . and how long is this game?...

this game says it has steam achives yet i cant see them. so first off does it have any achives? its also on sale on gamersgate for $5. is it worth it?
