I am a patient man And I am prepared to wait for this game to be finished I managed to score a copy of this game thru tremorgames at a very reasonable price Among my friends im the curious beta tester who loves unfinished games, and I gotta say your game has massive potential As soon as its a little further along I will gladly recommend to steam friends and I will start sharing on facebook

Cant wait to try out the multiplayer, im going to go back to tremorgames and try and grab 3 more copies so i can do some co-oping with my pals

Thank you for all your hard work and for sacrificing so much to bring this game along

@AgressiveMoose: I am pretty sure the reason it is not on the front page under the $10 section is because it is in early access. Could be wrong though.

Yeah I know, publicity can be a problem through Steam. I know these have also probably been mentioned but try and give it to every well known Youtuber and ask them to review it, at least one will accept.
And or ask Valve really nicely for one chance to prove your game will sell well and put it somwhere visible on Steam, even for one day. Maybe also try and explain your situation to them or tell them how much you have updated in V2.0. The worst they can say is no.

put early access OFF after the v2.0, annd make it during the summer sale... so it may appear on $10

Getting it on the front page isn't really something we can control. Valve only advertises games that sell well, which is entirely their right of course - but it creates a bit of an issue for us:

No sales = no marketing = no sales.

I suspect that it isn't under the 10 dollar category because it's an early access title, which further isolates us from marketing opportunities. Unless you're specifically LOOKING for the game, you won't stumble upon it on Steam.

Just a quick comment on selling more copies that has probably been discussed arleady, if you can get the game on the front page during the Steam Summer Sale after v2.0 is out (you need to show that it's been updated at least once for buyers to consider) on a Flash Sale or Vote Sale then it will most likely have A LOT of copies selling. Also you wouldn't need to reduce it much more, just to like 40% because most people didn't know what the games discount was before the Flash or Vote sale.

PS: Although your game is under $10 it is not appearing on the "Under $10" section on the front page. Is there a reason, I thought it was ALL games under $10.
