This is how I got the game to work with no input lag, regardless of my monitor refresh rate. I downloaded PCSX2, a Playstation 2 emulator, and extracted the ISO from a personal copy of Space Channel 5 Part 2 Special Edition. My father owned it on PS2 since I was a little girl. I have tried everything I know of, the game always runs too fast. I've capped the fps 3 different ways, set my monitor to 60hz in the settings and forced it on. This is hopeless. Someone needs to come in and do a tune-up on this game.
