Nothing stands out as being an issue - my best guess would be incompatible/corrupt drivers or insufficent hardware. If it runs ~5% higher it's possible you're just barely making 90 FPS normally and that 5% is putting you over.

Can you take a screenshot of your SteamVR timings and link it?

Can you try using Task Manager to elevate the CPU priority of Elite Dangerous? It's possible that will just make it worse though.

@lood Can you try launching regularly, then check Task Manager and see how your CPU usages are, then try Compatibility Mode again and check the CPU usages again?

Are you using Touch Controllers?

Do you have another game that needs Compatibility Mode that you can try OVRdrop with?

You said regular SteamVR content is working fine with OVRdrop?

I have a few ideas but I'll have to investigate more.

@lood What PC Specs? This happens when specs are too low or USB bandwidth is too low. Which HMD do you have?

in windows 7 compatibility mode, I have shake/drop tracking position when I open game menu/station menu ...
All is normal in windows 10 but OvrDrop doesn't work
